MESAICOS

1. Introduction

Sport is one of the best ways to stay both physically and mentally healthy. Field hockey is the third biggest sport in the world and offers a unique opportunity to stay healthy for everybody no matter age, background or physical ability. Solna Landhockey Förening Mesaicos (further referred to as Mesaicos) is the biggest field hockey club in Sweden. In the past years field hockey has sustainably grown in Sweden. The Swedish field hockey community has attained a network of enthusiastic hockey players, coaches, leaders and relatives who are creating the future of field-hockey in Sweden.

MESAICOS was founded in 2014 with a vision to create a field hockey club that would bring people together. The goal was to have a club that would allow people to develop their hockey skills whilst having a social atmosphere and inclusive club spirit.

Ever since the club started, Mesaicos has been participating in various competitions and tournaments. The first milestones were set in 2016, with a silver medal in the Swedish national competition for both the men’s and the women’s team. More medals in the national competition followed in the years after, with a gold medal for the women’s in 2018 and for the men’s in 2022. The teams managed to win several medals in the hockey5 competition and indoor hockey competition as well.

After becoming champion in the outdoor competition, Mesaicos got selected to take part in the Euro Hockey Club Challenge II (men) and III (women) in 2023. This is a European club championship where the best clubs of each country compete against each other.

The men’s team will travel to Turkey and join a competition against Luxembourg, Malta, Finland, Slovenia, Hungary, Turkey and Norway. The women’s team will travel to Portugal and join a competition against Gibraltar, Portugal, Croatia, Poland and Finland.

    2. Sponsor packages

Supporting Mesaicos is creating a great international exposure for your company, brand and/or product. Mesaicos offers four different sponsorship packages, and even  the  possibility  to  put  in an

individual request that can be tailored to your wishes.

The Platinum, Gold and Silver packages are for either the men’s and women’s team, but have the possibility to sponsor both teams if you wish to buy two packages. The Platinum, Gold and Silver package include a logo sponsoring on one of the Mesaicos’ match jerseys. Please note that the teams of Mesaicos wear both an orange and a white jersey for matches, and that the sponsoring will be placed on only the white jersey (see image).

The packages even include your logo on the Mesaicos website (see image below).

I. Platinum

The platinum package will make you the main sponsor of Mesaicos. This package includes:

• Big logo on front of one of the official match jerseys* (men’s or women’s team). See images below.
  • Team pictures with sponsored clothing on social media and website
  • Match posts and schedules on social media with your logo
  • Banner on website

The contribution:                      10.000 SEK The total number of packages: 2

Deadline to sign:                             15-02-2023

Contract duration:                     1 year (the kit will be used 3 years)

The kit will be worn for the European Club Championships, and for at least 3 seasons of the official Swedish competition and for European Club Championships in case of qualification.

*Please note that it’s possible to buy this package for both teams. We will give priority to a sponsor that would sponsor both teams.

II. Gold

The gold package will make you one of the official sponsors of Mesaicos. This package includes:

• Big logo on back of shirt or on back of short/skirt of one of the official match jerseys* (men’s or women’s team). See images below.
  • Team pictures with sponsored clothing on social media and website
  • 4x social media posts with logo
  • Logo on website

The contribution:                      5.000 SEK The total number of packages: 4

Deadline to sign:                             15-02-2023

Contract duration:                     1 year (the kit will be used 3 years)

The kit will be worn for the European Club Championships, and for at least 3 seasons of the official Swedish competition and for European Club Championships in case of qualification.

III. Silver

The silver package will make you one of the official sponsors of Mesaicos. This package includes:

• Logo on arm of one of the official match jerseys* (men’s or women’s team). See images below.
  • Team pictures with sponsored clothing on social media and website
  • 2x per year social media posts with logo
  • Logo on website

The contribution:                      3.000 SEK The total number of packages: 4

Deadline to sign:                             15-02-2023

Contract duration:                     1 year (the kit will be used 3 years)

The kit will be worn for the European Club Championships, and for at least 3 seasons of the official Swedish competition and for European Club Championships in case of qualification.

IV. Bronze

The bronze package will make you one of the official sponsors of Mesaicos. This package includes:

• Logo on website
  • Sponsorship reel on Instagram

The contribution:                      1.500 SEK The total number of packages: 5

V. Individual Request

Upon request Mesaicos can create a personalised sponsorship package. For example, your logo on warm-up shirts or bags.
